The governance of the Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, Inc. is vested in the Board of Directors which manages all affairs of the Agency including determining policies, approving contracts and grants, and assuming responsibility for guidance and control of the finances and affairs of the Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, Inc.
