Threats from hurricanes don't come just from wind and rain, storm surges, flooding and rip currents, or tornadoes and landslides. Hurricane threats also come in the form of scammers who use those weather emergencies to cheat people.
As we are in the middle of hurricane season; please be cautious of storm related scams which could affect your senior loved ones. Don’t fall victim to those preying on seniors for a quick buck and not delivering services paid for.
