Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties Funds Meals for Seniors
As an organization focused on local collaboration for collective impact, the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties has joined the United Way of Palm Beach County and Florida Power and Light to address the community gap of senior hunger. Meals will be provided to seniors who have already been assessed to be at nutritional risk but due to lack of other funding have had to remain on a waiting list for nutrition services. These home-delivered meals will assist the seniors to maintain their independence in their homes.
